With Easter approaching, I
added the romantic touch of a hat. Lady Effie from Hatpins is reminiscent of the Easter Parades of the 1900's.Reghan Straaf, an extremely talented designer, specializes in quality hats. This shamrock green chapeau (also perfect for St. Patrick's Day) is adorned with green, black and white roses, light green ribbon edging, a black bow and black and green feather plumes.
